RESUME
J.B. Jones earned a Masters Degree in Architecture from Rice University in 1964, and studied painting, ceramics, and printmaking at the School of The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston. He practiced architecture in Cambridge, Massachusetts, until 1992 and has devoted himself to painting since 1994. Mr. Jones served as President of the Cambridge Art Association in 1996-1997. Among his group exhibitions are Distinguished Artists Exhibit, Concord Art Association, 2001 and 2002; Equinox, Randolph Gallery, 1999; Two Boston Painters, Thayer Gallery, 1998; and Expanded Visions, BB&N, Cambridge, 1996.
